These Terms of Service govern your purchase of tickets to and attendance at SOLARIS SYDNEY events. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing tickets to or attending SOLARIS SYDNEY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase tickets or attend the event. These terms apply to all ticket purchases, registrations, and attendance at SOLARIS SYDNEY events held at Centennial Parklands, Sydney.
2. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by SOLARIS SYDNEY. Tickets are fully transferable up to 48 hours before the event date. You may transfer your ticket to another person via your booking confirmation email. SOLARIS SYDNEY reserves the right to cancel or void tickets obtained through unauthorised channels or resold above face value.
3. Event Entry & Conduct
Entry to SOLARIS SYDNEY is subject to security screening. SOLARIS SYDNEY reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is intoxicated, behaving in a disorderly manner, or in violation of these terms. All attendees must comply with the directions of SOLARIS SYDNEY staff and security personnel at all times. Prohibited items include outside food and beverages, professional cameras, drones, weapons, and illegal substances.
4. Age Restrictions
SOLARIS SYDNEY is an all-ages event. Attendees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Alcohol is available only to persons aged 18 years or older with valid government-issued photo identification. SOLARIS SYDNEY reserves the right to request identification from any attendee at any time.
5. Photography & Recording
By attending SOLARIS SYDNEY, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, and broadcast purposes. SOLARIS SYDNEY retains all rights to such recordings. Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted. Professional photography, video recording, and drone operation require prior written approval from SOLARIS SYDNEY.
6. Cancellation & Postponement
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to extreme weather, government directives, or force majeure events — SOLARIS SYDNEY will issue full refunds to all ticket holders. In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. SOLARIS SYDNEY is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees.
7. Liability
SOLARIS SYDNEY, its organisers, partners, and staff are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by attendees at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Attendees attend at their own risk. SOLARIS SYDNEY takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of attendees but cannot guarantee against all risks associated with large outdoor events.
8. Intellectual Property
All content associated with SOLARIS SYDNEY — including but not limited to the name, logo, artwork, music, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of SOLARIS SYDNEY or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any SOLARIS SYDNEY intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
SOLARIS SYDNEY reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued attendance at or participation in SOLARIS SYDNEY events constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
